To create a high-tech, high-touch experience focused on how LG’s electronics and appliances deliver the ultimate fan experience at Bracket Town, Sparks built a digital passport system to track visitors’ participation in the booth activities, and require them to visit multiple stations in order to accumulate “scans” that could be exchanged for LG branded premiums. Guests registered at kiosks to obtain a “FanPass,” then used their "FanPass" throughout the experience to check-in at engagements via a snapshot taken of the “FanPass” barcode with an LG Smart Phone.
