Google’s presence was bigger than ever at SXSW this year. The Google brand was brought to life through both Interactive and Music during the Google Village and the 'Live from the Lot' concert series.
An entire street was hijacked and four houses were transformed to create the Google Village, where attendees engaged in workshops, talks, demos and drinks. Google Play and YouTube Presents sponsored 'Live from the Lot' where 19,000 attendees enjoyed live concerts atop a parking garage for two full days. When not on stage the artists reveled in free laundry services, massages, haircuts and hot meals.
